I get to visit with home owners, help them save money and upgrade their home with a high quality product. This is not only a good feeling for the customers but a good feeling for me knowing, from testimony, that the customers are completely satisfied from their experience with the company. Achievements:
Dustin has outstanding results with homeowners and the Kansas City team in general. He consistently goes above and beyond what is asked of him. Dustin recently volunteered his time to help American Exteriors work a military recruiting fair to attract new employees. He continually helps new hires get up to speed by staying after our weekly meeting and has taken them with him on appointments. He even went to help some homeowners out in Iowa about 4 hours away at the request and referral of one of his customers. He has a fantastic attitude and is great fun to be around!
